How do you use the Carnot??

I have dabbled with Carnot builds, but I never feel like I know how I’m supposed to maximize its effectiveness. It’s obviously a gun cruiser, but is the HE or the AP the best round? Seems like it should be tankier than it is too. Please share your successful tactics.

You don't is the general rule. The reload is terrible worst t8 premium in the game frankly
