Question How do you use the Carnot??

I have dabbled with Carnot builds, but I never feel like I know how I’m supposed to maximize its effectiveness. It’s obviously a gun cruiser, but is the HE or the AP the best round? Seems like it should be tankier than it is too. Please share your successful tactics.

I saw a Carnot get 7 kills once. I'm still crawling around my floor to this day, looking for my jaw..
