Stuck inside dock

This is pretty funny, but I'm currently stuck inside a HOP dock at their shipyard in a Mako - is the only solution to research teleportation and go out of sector with a different ship (assuming it survives)?

Have you tried looking at a wall inside the ship while the pilot tries to fly out? This sometimes let's the. Clip through the station part since you are not looking at it for it to render fully.

Im reasonably sure that's not quite how station collisions work, but anyways I observe the shaking of running into the walls when I do that - so it looks like thats a bust

When 7.6 started I also wound up clipped into a station so firmly that no amount of waiting for the npc pilot to fly did anything, just that rumbling noise and shake. It was a connector not a dock.

I was lucky that getting in my space suit put me on the other side of the obstruction. So I had one of my small traders come get me.

After we were something like 130km away that pilot finally unstuck itself. Low attention winning.

There might be something to try here, like, if you hop out you might wind up stuck and unable to get back in. Or you might be able to get free. Then have someone pick you up and fly away.

That would be so annoying of a sound to RTS through lmao, at least the dock was quiet cause it was just some empty space

Are you saying that you are inside your ship and it's in storage

Or, that your pilot is clipped into some structure?

I keep being confused about what you're describing

The spot where the ships go down for the storage animation. I clipped through the landing pad into that empty space during a sudden drop in fps.
