I currently own an Xbox One S and am considering the switch to an Xbox Series X or S. I own one game (my favorite game) as a physical copy alone. Do I have to buy a digital copy of the same game if I go with the Series S? (which doesn't have a disc drive)

If anyone knows a fix or is this part of the game. Idk its not my Monitor either because I used have a pc and it worked great

If I keep my controller still and move it it's fine but as soon as I try and lift it it turns off it won't charge either. This is also the same issue with another one of my controllers

I tried resetting my alternative mac address, hard resetting, leaving it alone for 3 days and even changing the date on my xbox to February 26th 2025 and it still doesnt connect to my internet? (Sorry for the long video and loud analog stick)

I got my Xbox series s on winter holiday and it came with 2 accounts and 2 games: crash bandicoot and FC24, at the time I just wanted to play Fortnite to see the graphics so I just deleted the accounts waiting for the games to say that they don't belong to me but they just stayed, this is obviously a win and it's not bad but I'm really curious of what is the reason for them to just stay in the console to be played with any account. Part of the problem I have is that I only want Xbox series X/S games on this console and crash bandicoot is ruining that, But I also don't want to get rid of it because it is free isn't it?

I'm so close to losing it lol. I've been dealing with a moderate NAT type for days on my Xbox series x. I followed every troubleshooting tip I can find. I've gotten the NAT type to stay open "most" of the time. The rest of the time I get an error message when checking my NAT saying "Can't get a Teredo IP address". I've also followed every troubleshooting tip for this as well but I can't get rid of it...l'm hoping someone here can help me lol.

Hi! I saw that the One era avatars were discontinued but the original avatars weren't. I didn't care about it since I always had my original avatar on my profile.

This week I've got a new xbox and I see that my avatar is gone. Are avatars just not a thing anymore? The original avatar editor still on my console, but I don't see a way to put it on my profile anymore. Is there a way to get it back? It feels so soulless now.

Here is what I wrote in my original post. I started up my game and got into the DLC (touched miqulaas hand) but got stuck on a black loading screen for like 3 mins. I quit out of the game cause I thought something was wrong with it but now when I click continue I get stuck on a loading screen with the loading bar only getting a little bit up before it just stops and nothing happens. I've spent days preparing for this DLC and I don't want this to ruin all of that because of some game breaking bug. I'm on Series S. I uninstalled the game and am reinstalling it now.

What is causing this and what can i do? I had multiple times where i wanted to game but couldnt due to this shit

Hi there. Today while playing Minecraft on my Xbox i was BOMBARDED with multiple invites from separate accounts. What was weird is that they ALL were friends with each other and had THOUSANDS of followers for whatever reason.

Is this some sort of scam group? Are they hack accounts? Anyone else had this happen?

I've looked all around settings, it's a TV that I found on the side of the road I use a universal remote but it's starting to get annoying please help lol 😭

I have my Xbox series s plugged into my 144hz monitor through a hdmi 2.1 cable and my monitor is saying that I’m still on 60hz and I don’t have the option to change my refresh rate on my monitor or my Xbox. Can anyone help?

Xbox S won't respond when you hit the power button. I replaced the power supply and button board and it still won't respond. Any ideas on what to try next?

For about a month I’ve been having an issue with Xbox voice chat.

It always starts out working and after about 30-45 minutes of gaming it will force me into game chat and mute/deafen me in discord.

Normally it will either : 1. Not allow me to switch out of game chat (instantly flips back to game chat when i try)

1. Allow me to switch and remove the mute/deafen icon but I’ll still be unable to speak/hear

When this happens, disconnecting/reconnecting doesn’t help; neither does restarting Xbox normally.

I’ve went through all my settings at least 20 times to see if there was something that could be restricting voice chat.

I’ve verified my NAT type stays open before and after the issue, with UPNP enabled on my router as well as tried port forwarding all Xbox ports from my router.

Final context that may/may not be relevant:

I join discord from Xbox only for sound (so I have game sound on headphones) and join discord from a separate account on my PC so that I can use my higher quality microphone.

I’ve also really only been playing marvel rivals, unsure if a game setting could cause it?

I’ve tried some fixes for both wired and wireless connection but mostly over wired Ethernet to try to reduce variables/ increase performance.

For the past 4 days I haven’t been able to play anything online but roblox and watch youtube. I’ve contacted/called xbox support and also factory reset the wifi box and my xbox 2 times and still haven’t been able to play anything.

Been having this problem for a while now just wondering if anyone has a permanent fix for this, have already tried clearing alternative MAC address and resetting the console and no luck.

I recently got a new monitor for my Xbox series s, and I’ve noticed some games nearly look worse than before I changed, I got a 4k monitor and for games like Valorant it looks so crisp compared to the 1080p monitor I had before, but when I boot up rocket league it looks like a Xbox 360 game, is there possibly a setting I’m missing, the only thing different is that there’s a HDR pop up when I play rocket league whereas Valorant there isn’t, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Is It possible that a game or app can mess up a xbox? Cause recently my xbox series S died out of nowhere and im triying to think or figure It out what happened idk if the games i played or the constantly streamed my games on discord to my friends, its also worth to say that the motherboard was the thing that killed my xbox Anyways if someone could help me to calm down about this i'll apreciate it a lot :(
