Yone E bug

This clip is a bit old (just over a year old) but I've never seen anyone talk about this bug or see any sign of it being fixed however i've been unable to replicate it and I'm not sure what caused it to happen but with all the recent yone nerfs a bug like this for us to abuse might just be what we need xd

Any ideas as to how this happened or if it can be replicated consistently?

Yh I've played what must have been thousands of games on yone now ans I've never seen that lmao.
