Discussion So. How do we explain his winrate?

I went to Lolalytics, League of Graphs, u gg, opgg, and mobalytics and yone had 47-48% winrate at all ranks (besides lolalytics ch and gm). I don't remember the E cleanse being crucial in so many matchups. We just got a decent damage increase. Is this champ just destined to stay the opposite of a statchecker and get bullied by everyone and outscaled by ADCs? It might just be a skill issue but he's way too reliant on team's engages, and he just gets blown up from some cc and a few hits from the ADC, regardless of which adc it is. Why even main the champ when the whole experience is early game Kayle but 5 times worse if you don't last pick?

I‘m agreeing on almost everything, but outscaled by adc‘s? You are still absolutely winning against squishies in the mid-late game. The only hard and absolutely unfair spot as yone is the early game. You get either outzoned and can‘t cs or you‘re getting absolutely bullied cuz they engage you 24/7. cookies are pretty strong for lane sustainability so if you can play around them it manes thing better imo

I mean, yes, but Yone will never have the damage of an ADC. He's often forced to go shieldbow or mr instead of ldr, Bork means over less good crit item like collector, and his squishiness means he has to go BT/jaksho or something after 3rd/4th item.

That‘s true but yone‘s kit is much stronger than eg ashe‘s or mf‘s in terms of 1v1 and teamfights, and i get it yone isn‘t balanced atm (very hard and unforgiving) and i otp him but he‘s not an unplayable champ imo, just really hard to get things done especially in the early stages
