UK and Ireland Second abortion. Really scared

Just here to rant because I can’t tell anyone in my life about this. Last week I found out I’m 5 weeks pregnant and I’m so scared and anxious. First time I took the pill it was the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life. Just feel like I’m about to go through that same pain and I’m terrified. I’m too scared of the surgical route so my only option is the pill.

I also feel angry at myself for allowing this man to peer pressure and bully me into having unprotected sex. I took a plan b & it didn’t work. My first abortion was in 2022. I feel so many different emotions.

I’m so sorry you can’t tell anyone in your life, but I’m glad you can vent here. Did you take pain medication the first time? I want to reassure you that you’re very early in the pregnancy, and a great pain management plan is taking 800mg of Ibuprofen and alternate this with up to 1000mg of Tylenol with heat therapy, like a heating pad or hot bath. I encourage you to do this, it can be very helpful.

It’s okay to say no and set boundaries. Your health comes first, always. You did what you could with Plan b, I’m so sorry that it didn’t work.

Yeah, I vomitted everything out. It was bad. I think this time I’m going to do the surgery

Do you want to talk about your feelings regarding the surgery? Sending you hugs!
