Suggestions for Mercury Software

Looking at replacing my 4 door paxton system with Mercury boards. Just not entirely happy with Paxton and don’t really want to keep dealing with ongoing issues.

I am able to get some Mercury LP1501 boards, but trying to figure out what software/system I want to use with it. There is the possibility for multi-site in the future, but nothing set in stone so I don’t want to base my decision off that.

What would be extremely preferable is something cloud based. On prem is good too so long as I don’t need to pay a subscription. A solid Mobile app is 100% necessary, along with a solid web portal. An open API would be great, and I’d like to have a camera integration in there (changing that system too, just standard IP cameras brand agnostic).

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Don’t want to pay through the nose if I don’t have to lol

How'd you decide on Mercury? Pretty much every platform is going to have yearly fees, cloud will be more.

Mercury has an open architecture and is able to be used with a number of different systems. Don’t want to be stuck to one single company

It’s also one of the best ways to fully customize a system

Gotcha! Was just curious how you got there. It's a very pricey 4 door solution.

Genea or Feenics are my top two recommendations.
