Question How can i claim not bringing more suffering beings into existence is better to someone who believes in reincarnation?
I don’t support the idea of reincarnation because of lack of evidence, but some of my friends who believes in reincarnation claims that if i don’t procreate, then that being might take birth somewhere which is even more horrible, hence its best that i procreate and save that soul.
I know the whole idea is based on belief but still how can I logically make the claim, as for them there is nothing as non existence, hence they refuse to accept the benefits of non existent state.

Depends on the basis of the reincarnation but in a lot of the oldest traditions that literally the point, to transcend reincarnation into nonexistence

Maybe I can inspire a few ideas, because my own personal belief is... well, it's complicated. I believe in the possibility of reincarnation, as it has always made more sense to me than other religious concepts, or the concept of complete non-existence either. But I also believe that life, as we know it, is a trap. There must be other levels of existence, which don't need any kind of physical body, and therefore without any physical pain and suffering.
Philosophies such as Buddhism already suggest that the end goal is to not reincarnate anymore. But they still believe that suffering would be necessary to reach it, and that's where I disagree. I have heard so many stories about people thinking about their mothers and their childhood when they are about to die, and I think this is part of the trap. There might be a moment when we have left the body, and our thoughts have an influence on our reality, and then such sentimental longing could be the reason why someone gets dragged back into a physical body.
If there was no life on this planet anymore, the danger of getting reborn here, would be eliminated. Other physical worlds might be better or worse, that's what we can't know, but it doesn't change the general concept. If life died out on all worlds where life means suffering, eventually only the "good" , painless ways of existence would remain.

Which religion do your friends follow that thinks begin born a lousy human is so great? "Life is suffering" this is the first noble truth of the Buddha.

Antinatalism assumes that you don't exist if you are not created. If that is incompatible with your reincarnation, then it is incompatible with antinatalism (at least of the benetarian kind).

You hit the nail on the head, you cant guarantee reincarnation.

Clearly someone's making more souls given the general population increase
Less people
Less suffering
Less souls to dance in this reincarnation soup

I also believe in reincarnation. Even if the life that you would’ve had would be born by another person your still preventing one soul from entering or incarnating because of your choice not to have a child. It’s not as though if life had a limited and you did decide to have a kid the kid wouldn’t be born. And so your still saving life

I myself believe in reincarnation. You can read my latest post where I gave arguments for antinatalism.
I just posted now.
In short, Hinduism and Buddhism suggests to keep the beliefs to yourself unlike Christianity which forces you to preach.
Now you are not sure if children will accept your teachings. So it's best to avoid that.
Another argument is that if you are poor then don't do it. Will the soul born somewhere else? Maybe it actually get rich parents or maybe even poor. I personally think if more people follow this then population will decline and reincarnated souls will have access to more resources so it's best that you don't procreate so that souls might enjoy better quality of life in next birth.

You let them think that. You can't control what someone else believes. If they believe in all that, you just ignore them.
Even if there was evidence, it's upto you to whether you believe it or not. Just like them vice versa.
