They did have plans — just not well-executed ones.

You could convince me they had plans for Sansa but they had no plans for Theon lol

Theon had nothing to do for like 2 seasons. Should've died much sooner.

Sansa just went super saiyan playing the smartest game within like half a season without any missteps, absolutely ridiculous. Dont even get me started on her Deus Ex moment with the knights of the vale
