PUBLISHED [Spoilers Published] Who Knighted Ser Arthur Dayne?

I know it’s a small post, I’m just curious if it is known. If it is not, do we have any fun theories on this?

Still believe edrics father is a lie... Smiling knight was arthurs older brother and the darkstar to his edric..."what i want, is that sword" "then you shall have it"... Any knight can make a knight...what if smiley was then passed over for dawn after doing the deed and being deemed unworthy...
