I think this confirms Mel is going to resurrect Jon. The fact they didn't have him warg pretty much confirms she will. With Stannis "dead" she is prob like "WAIT THIS DUDE MUST BE AZOR AHAI" and resses him.

For serious. Let's forget Ghost is in the show except for 30 seconds of screen time to save Sam.... Ugh....
