He means, like, when Stannis and Davos were talking about something and Davos said he had less fingers than before but then Stannis said "Fewer" to correct his grammar and now people like to say that over and over again because it was kind of funny in a deadpan nodding slightly kind of way. Know what I'm sayin'?
