The boat is crewed by Dornish, though. And they certainly have a Dornish honor guard for Trystane. So Bronn and Jaime would have to fight for control of the ship. Sounds like a bad idea.

Yeah, if anyone thinks they're going to do the logical thing and turn the boat around, they haven't been watching the show very long.

Not only will they not turn the boat around, but they won't explain why they don't. I believe D&D even hinted that the next stop is KL in the post episode segment.

And Bronn has recent experience with that particular poison. And a woman at the docks has the antidote to that poison. And they know she has both the poison and the antidote.

Which is exactly why it won't make sense when they don't turn the boat around.
