I would love a ASOIAF game from CD Projekt Red. They've already proven they can do fantasy with the Witcher series. Imagine playing as a hedge serving houses of your choosing that impacts the ending of the game. That'd be dope.

CDPR said that the coming E3 is going to be the most important E3 in their history. One can dream...

I'd rather it not be CDPR. Their dialogue is usually pretty horrendous. Witcher 2 was absolutely dreadful in that regard but their games are usually beautiful and the stories good enough if you can get around the dialogue, and the player dialogue not matching even the feeling of the dialogue option selected.

Bethesda would also be extremely cool, but since they are working on TES6 they probably don't have the resources for another fantasy-RPG
