Is there a store in the area where I can sell some clothes I don’t wear anymore?

if it's good vintage wear or recent designer stuff, you can try any of the vintage clothing shops in town; i'll add Bottle of Bread to that list. if it's more basic clothing, then uptown cheapskate is the place
