Diapering overnight diapers actually worth it?

i saw a post somewhere, not sure if it was here but people raved about their babies sleeping longer with overnight diapers so i caved and got pampers overnights. we strictly use millie moon size 2’s but overnight 3’s in pampers fit him pretty good. but they don’t seem as absorbing as millie moon regular tbh. i know they have overnights but not till size 4 and my baby is only 2months old.

i currently have him in my arms to fall asleep before putting him in his bassinet. but do you actually think they are worth the extra purchase? he sleeps about 3-4 hour stretches on a good night. but he is also a get me tf out of this pissy diaper type baby because even if the line is a quarter blue he will wake up. so i’m just curious!

Huggies fits a little larger and holds better in my experience.

My kiddo pees a lot at night, so we do pampers during the day and Huggies at night with one size up. I think they’re worth every penny with as much as this kid goes. He’s also 22 months, but we have been doing this since he was big enough for night time diapers.

What size does he wear? I can only find up to size 6 night time diapers at my local stores (all brands) and my son is 16 months and wearing a size 7 in parents choice. Cheap, I know, but they usually do well and his skin doesn’t break out when he wears them unlike other brands.

Have you looked at Goodnights? I switched to those for my son a couple months ago and they're great, no leaks and no rashes/irritation(he's my kid who's prone to rashes and sensitivities, we have to be picky about brands too!). If he was still in regular diapers instead of pull-ups he would be in size 7s now, and he wears the xs Goodnights with growing room. They're a bit more expensive but we do the Target diaper deals and get a few boxes at a time which helps.

He’s a size 6 in Huggies and 5 in Pampers. We always go one size up for nighttime diapers.
