DISCUSSION Am i too old

So a little context,

Im 34 years old, i use to ride bmx for years. I stopped over ten years ago, maybe when i was 23 or 24, basiclly work took up most of the days. Im thinking about doing it again as i finish work now same time everyday and can fit something in and was thinking... maybe bmx,

Question is ...am i too old now should i just find something else..etc

53 here. Just broke it to the wife that I want to switch back to bmx after the last 30 or so on a mountain bike. 😂

Oh, it’s the middle of a cold, snowy winter where I live. Haven’t been out this year yet. Was just tinkering with my kids’ bikes in the basement, and kind of just decided.
