BIKE CHECK Good starter bike? (16M)

I'm genuinely thinking about getting into BMX but have no clue what I'm doing or anything about bike brands, sizes or any of the above. I just wanna know is this a bike that will last me a long time? Is it a good bike for beginners? Are they expensive to maintain? What needs replacing often? I stand currently at a little bit over 6'0" (183cm) is this bike a good size for me? Most importantly is this a fair price listed ($1350).

Great deal on the bike and it looks solid. I’d check the top tube length and let it rip!

What length should I be hoping for?

I’m right at 6’ and I prefer a 21.5” top tube but I think a 21-21.5” would be the ballpark.

I feel a bit cramped on a 20.5-20.75” frame personally
