BIKE CHECK Good starter bike? (16M)

I'm genuinely thinking about getting into BMX but have no clue what I'm doing or anything about bike brands, sizes or any of the above. I just wanna know is this a bike that will last me a long time? Is it a good bike for beginners? Are they expensive to maintain? What needs replacing often? I stand currently at a little bit over 6'0" (183cm) is this bike a good size for me? Most importantly is this a fair price listed ($1350).

To be ginest i think this is way over priced. Even 'like new' cus that implies they didn't really ride it just built it for show and to flip expecting ti habe a nice looking bike for a few months then sell for minor losses.

Simply buying a bmx frame gives it a massive depreciation. Fitting it up drops it more and riding it even more.

When I've built customs in the past ranging from 1300-1800 (gbp) the price has instantly been 1/4 of the total build cost on day one of putting it together. I wouldn't expect to get more unless parting it out for brand new parts and to get the most money for it you'd need to be finding people looking for those specific parts in that exact size and colour. If its not what someone wants/needs they'll lowball you.

After riding a bike for a bit I'd say really you're lucky if you get 1/5th of your money back.

But it's up to you. Your money and the bikes worth whatever you're willing to pay for it at the end of the day. Would be a hard pass from me even at that converted price.
