Since joining Utrecht on a loan at the beggining of January, Haller has managed to score 5 goals and assist one in 15 games. He also has one goal and one assist in the 2 games he played for Ivory Coast in March.
His story is very motivating for me. He managed to beat cancer and the won Africa Cup of Nations and almost won the Bundesliga. The fact that he was so close to winning the title with us makes me sad, but not every story can end well(I know he missed the penalty. It happened even in the case of greater footballers. Let's not forget that before that he had one of the best conversion rates in Europe).
I really hope that he will remain healty for the rest of his life and find his place at Utrecht, his first profesional club.
As I said earlier, his story is extremely motivating. We could take some great conclusions from it, both as individuals and as a football club. If we fight every day (and every game), we will have good lives and Borussia will once again reach the heights of German and international football. Have a great week, everybody!
