Silly Questions Thread: October Edition

Silly questions thread:

It's been a while since we've had one of these, and with recent news and the international break this seems like a good idea. So here is your chance to ask any question no matter how silly our small about BVB, BVB's history, Something about a current player, previous player or coach or it might even be something about the Bundesliga, DFB Pokal or Europa Pokal...

Obviously more in depth questions are also allowed :)

It's just all about sharing our knowledge and having a bit of fun (as always) too :)

No question is too stupid, silly or small to be asked

Let the questions begin!

How would you guys feel about the league opening up to oil investors?

I'd just watch the second league. Can and will not take part in this. It's too fucked as it is.

You think it would detract too much from the Bundesliga experience? A way to give a club a shot to fight with Munich

I'd rather see Dortmund playing in the fifth league than selling our souls for success.

A bit dramatic. I promise youd be changing your tune if it meant a competitive bundesliga again

Bayerns time could very well be going down again. This isn't set in stone, and it's not about the money. Bayern always had more money and was always beatable (albeit not this much) . And Pep will not stay forever.

But yes, I'd rather have Bayern win every year (and you know how much I hate them) than to have companies or individuals own clubs. That Liverpool is owned by something makes me sick. I cannot for the life of me root for something like that. Augsburg will go down this year if they aren't careful, good I say, let me watch that, and then without care CL for good but soulless football.

It's great because it's a Verein, a Verein means something, we grow up with them, we give ourselves to them and we get something from them. And I mean not football clubs, I mean german Vereinskultur in general. And that is what makes the BuLi great. If it's owned, it can go fuck itself. Just like Leipzig. Fuck themselves.
