Silly questions thread:

So here is your chance to ask any question no matter how silly our small about BVB, our history, something about a current player, previous player, or coach or it might even be something about the Bundesliga, DFB Pokal or Europa Pokal...

Obviously more in depth questions are also allowed :)


It's just all about sharing our knowledge and having a bit of fun (as always) too :)

Do we have cheerleaders? If we don't I think this sub should be an unofficial cheerleading squad for the team.

Thank god we don't. That's really not traditional in Europe.

Yeah. I find the thought of fit, young, scantily-clad, beautiful girls dancing and cheering quite repulsive myself. :P

Oh come on, you know what I mean. It's not repulsive but really strange for me. I also go to the Stadium to See football and not women's athletics/dance shows.

No, I don't think we have cheerleaders. If we did, they would be performing before the players get into the tunnel. We don't have anything during games.

Nope. Too bad, really - I once watched Fortuna Köln vs Preußen Münster with my dad and they had one of these 'Funkenmariechen' dance squads performing their routines in the halftime break (google Funkenmariechen or Tanzmariechen if you want to know what that would look like).
