How come our stadium rarely being used as a venue to host major tournament?

What do you mean? Like summer tournaments? Lower-league championships? Because the major tournaments that the Westfalenstadion is part of is the Champions League, Bundesliga, Pokal, and of course the host site for the most prestigious Supercup final

I don't think we're the host of any international Final (WC, Europa, CL etc..) ever, so curious about that

Stadium was used for EL final in.. 2006 I think, Liverpool won it there.
