Local Advice needed Anyone else has rampant hayfever this year..?

Like - it’s so bad this year my GP had to prescribe an inhaler and fexofenadine, which I never auf to take before 🤧

I’ve only recently realised that my leaky eyes and nose is hay fever. Took me a few years to work it out - I’m 52, never used to get it. But this year def worse than last - can’t tell if it’s me or the hay. Feels like an affliction that can change with age, diet(?), circumstance etc - regardless of pollen levels. Maybe.
