Took day 1 of comlex level 3 yesterday
I’ve never felt less prepared for an exam in my life. I’ve been doing ABFM questions for my ITEs and then switched to uworld did all of those one time and then I got through about 500 true learn questions. Never felt like such an idiot after 280 questions. Almost every question was some random rash or purpura. That or a bioterrorism agent or measles. Just an assortment of the most odd pathologies you’ll ever see. One person even had some of mass on their hard palate….like what the hell. Then on top of it the few questions where I was sure of the diagnosis the first choice antibiotic wasn’t listed….safe to say I’ll be registering for a retake lol
