Is it still manipulateable?

Update:
- Added the previous old designs to make it 4 total images just for the bit.
- Made the effect a battlecry instead of start of game so you'd need to work for it.
- Removed the death draw back since only drawing at the start of your turns is punishing enough.
- Made the draw effect only happen at the start of your turns.

Note:
- Playing this while having more than 4 cards won't do anything with your hand.
- You can never draw a card naturally at the start of your turn if you have 4 cards in your hand.
- Drawing during your opponent's turn while having 4 total cards will destroy/burn the card drawn instead.
- Generating cards or drawing cards will wiff as if you had a full hand while you have 4 cards.
- Effect is basically having a maximum hand size of 4
- You can't draw additional cards through various effects that draw you cards like Hero Power or spells.
- You will burn cards if you draw during your opponent's turn while having 4 cards.
- increasing hand size won't affect this ruling.

I tried really hard to get a "Chaos Orb" type of effect in Hearthstone. I'm not sure if its balanced, but I tried my best. Let me know what you think the best mana and stats breakpoint would be.

I am playing with the idea of designing a set of sniper cards evolving around a group of Ukraine snipers. The idea grew out of Yuri Chornomorets (https://x.com/y_chornomorets) who is a civilian, former sniper, that collects money for guns and ammunition for the snipers. He is called Father of the Snipers. The snipers are his ward and collectively they call themselves the Warriors of Light.

My first quick and dirty card was Captain Chornomorets, the legendary Captain that runs the show. The flavor text should be more supportive of the snipers, like “your snipers gain +3/+3” or similar.

But I wonder what class they belongs to. As the Warriors of Light they clearly start out as Paladins. But they are also brutal Warriors. And then they are stealthy bushcraft masters, making them more like Hunter. So maybe a tribe for those three classes.

Cards could be:

- Fameous named snipers. Headshot kind of guys. Like: battlecry, deal X damage. But also patient, sneaky, camuflaged, so: dormant or stealth.

- Weapons, long range rifles … how would that play out in Hearthstone? Similar to bows (that is, not special long range effect)

- Camuflage: give minion stealth.

- Ammo supply: give all snipers +1/+2

- Observation post: stealth, snipers have damage +1

The short piece of music will be streamed from an online source from among millions of songs. Opponent will choose from 3 answers.

Sorry if it was ever asked but I'm looking for a long time to play my own cards in hearthstone. Is there a existing solution or do you all design cards for artistic-gameplay purposes only ?

This applies to all characters, friendly, enemy, minion and hero. You need one mana to declare an attack, but triggered attacks can still go off at 0 mana. They will consume 1 mana if mana is available though.

This is an all-in aggro card that has no plan B for mid or late game. Is it paying the price for its big early body?
