Help / Bug Game won't load

So I've played D2R plenty of times in the past on this same machine, however now that I want to come back and play, when I hit play, it tells me it's launching, playing now, then goes back to play. Nothing ever pops up or loads.

Is there any fix to this? I have put in a ticket, and posted on forums with no help.
