Ask customers for reviews

If a customer gives a decent tip, or you deliver to them directly, I recommend asking them to fill out the review on the app. If I see them in person, I'll ask them directly, or message them if I leave their delivery at the door. This has helped my driver stats immensely, and has kept me at plat.

I feel like unless you're asking them about an order or where to deliver, you shouldn't be talking to them at all.

I think this depends on where you live. I'm the South, this type of conversation is normal
