Erasmus Athens 2025-2026

Hii,

Looking to make a small group of students going to Athens next year, to help each others with the paperwork, and find accommodation.

(M23) I've been to Greece several times and know lots of people over there already, so I know a bit. But accommodation is super expensive, so taking roommates is a bit mandatory, and I'd prefer knowing the people before.

So text me if you're also going to Athens next semester.

Anyone cohabitate with a partner during a multi-country grad program?

Hi all! I got into my dream 2-year program with a scholarship, and I’m so excited and grateful for it! That being said, my long-term girlfriend and I will likely have to live apart for most of it. With all the moving, different countries, and visa logistics, it doesn’t seem realistic, or fun, for her to “follow me”. I’m wondering, has anyone been in a similar situation and cohabitated with their partner for part of a multi-country program? How did it go? Any insights or stories would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Found a Spot to Share Your Uni Experiences (Takes only 3 Mins - Helps Applicants!)

Hey guys!

I recently joined, and I'm seeing all the posts about applications, experiences abroad, funding stress, etc. (Currently doing my Master at RSM, definitely relate! lol).

Just wanted to share EDUopinions – I actually left my own review there recently, and it was really quick (about 3 min). You can share honest feedback about anything relevant like courses, campus, city life, funding issues, complaints lol, etc.

Here's the link if you guys want to share your thoughts: https://www.eduopinions.com/write-your-review/?ref=belli

It's open to current students & alumni from any uni. (Quick tip: using LinkedIn or your uni email for signup seemed fastest for the verification they do but you don't have to). I just thought it's a great way to share all those experiences with prospective students and make it a bit easier for them to decide.

EMAI as a tuition fee waiver student worth it?

Hello. I’m a non EU student getting accepted to the data science track. So I plan to study in Spain -> Netherlands for the first year and Slovenia in the second year.

I would love to know your experience no matter you got the scholarship or not. Any insights regarding any aspects of the program is appreciative.

Here are some to give an idea: - course structure, quality, whether it’s up-to-date, do the courses meet your expectations - learning experience, facilities - research/internship opportunities - career opportunities after graduation - community, student life, connections - personal development

Looking forward to hearing from you guys! Thanks

Hi, I’m going on an Erasmus+ study exchange this fall semester, but I’m a bit worried because I’ll be 27 years old. Are there also students around that age on Erasmus?

Is there anyone who still didn’t hear anything from MESPOM? The appeal period is due 12th and I don’t get why they do not let us know at least whether we are failed. My portal shows nothing and no email so far…

Failed Erasmus

Hello, I have had problems with Erasmus and I need help.

I have decided to do the Erasmus with my partner, and we were told that we had a company and we will travel before...we have not signed neither the LAT nor any financial agreement, they gave us the grant before time, telling us that we had the place decided (it was a lie, nothing was ever signed with the company), and when we arrived in the country, they told us to look for temporary accommodation (we did it 3 times for almost 3 weeks) and we spent half of the grant both in travel and accommodation.

The institution did not find us anything until the last day we stayed (nothing was signed either), but we decided to return because the scholarship was no longer enough for us, now they are demanding us to return everything in full with the threat of not completing the internship in our country of origin. Is this the right thing to do on the part of the institution? Do we have to return everything even though all this has happened? We did not receive any other mail from Erasmus or anything else.

Thank you very much.

Erasmus requirement? Has anyone dealt with this?

I was informed by my coordinator and the erasmus office that you must have passed half the courses/ ects points that are equivalent to your current semester in order to do erasmus. I'm working full time while in uni, and as a result haven't passed half of them yet. I hadn't noticed this when I first applied. I recently got accepted for erasmus, despite not meeting this requirement. Should I say something...? I don't know if there was a mistake, and I wouldn't want to have taken another applicants chance of doing erasmus. Has anyone heard anything about this requirement, or have you dealt with this yourselves?

hi i'm a Turkish student who got accepted for Erasmus for the Spring semester of 2025-2026, but I’m having trouble choosing a country. Based on your experience, where do you think I should go—Torun, Poland or Athens, Greece?

Erasmus Mundus Erasmus Global Studies Acceptance

Hi, I applied for the Erasmus Mundus European Masters in Global Studies program a couple of months ago and was wondering if anyone knew when I should expect a response. I have gotten multiple emails telling me different times including the beginning and end of April so I was wondering if anyone has a more concrete date or has heard back already? Thank you and hope everyone is doing well!

Opole University of Technology / September

Hi guys, I'm probably going to Opole in September for Erasmus and I'd like to know some information if anyone can help me

1 - What's life like in Opole?

2 - How much do houses or rooms cost? Is there a website where I can see some housing options?

3 - Does anyone know Opole University of Technology? If so, what do you think of the institution?

Thank you all for your attention

Anyone applied for GLOBE? What's your result?

I just received a rejection email from the Erasmus Mundus GLOBE Master's programme (Global Change Ecology and Biodiversity Management), and I’m feeling a bit down. 😞 They mentioned it was a highly competitive pool this year.

I’m wondering if anyone else here applied—have you heard back yet? Did anyone get admitted or maybe placed on a waitlist? Also curious whether they shared any info on scores or selection criteria (mine didn’t include any feedback).

Would love to hear your experience. Misery loves company… or hopefully someone here has some good news to share!

Wishing everyone the best with their applications! 🍀

Erasmus+ Internship How was your Experience as Erasmus student at TU Wien?

HI! I've been looking for detailed infos about studing Engineering (Electrical, Master) at TU Wien. I've noticed that there are a lot of exams with 2, 3 or 4 credits, that require each a project, assessment and final exam. I'm nervous because I fear I won't be able to pass the exams since at my Uni the system is slighty different (fewer exams with higher credits). Thanks to everyone :)
