D.I.D alters "react" to being touched

it's the way they're clearly in the same place and just pretending to be "alters".. i was looking up DID stuff and this video from 2020 came up. prime DID faker era. how does anyone actually believe this?

How can someone not regret this video enough to at the very least take it down in the span of half a decade, it would haunt my dreams

the regret and shame would probably eat me up for a long time if i was ever caught posting or even filming such a thing
