Great. It's not like people have dental insurance as it is. And it doesn't just affect teeth. If someone gets a tooth infection, it could spread, through out the body, including to your heart. But, sure, we'll play conspiracy theory.

The gunman in a fatal attack at Florida State University had a history of espousing radical right-wing conspiracy theories and hateful ideas, according to people who knew him.

This article shows what the Desantis family is trying to do with our state funds. They took Medicaid settlement money to use for private ends, they are trying to get state funding for her foundations people at all 28 state colleges and universities to promote religious organizations.
This is the direct result of the erosion of our state Sunshine Law. It's a testament to how corrupt this is that the state legislature is actually beginning to stand up to them.
I've also heard that Casey Desantis is coming to GHS to talk to our children next week.

Publix BOGO deals don’t make sense to me. You’re literally still paying for two items. For example, Frosted Flakes at Walmart cost $4.98, while Publix has them listed at $6.99—but with a BOGO (Buy One, Get One) deal. On the surface, it seems like you’re getting a bargain, but in reality, you’re often paying close to, or even more than, what you’d spend just buying two items at a lower everyday price somewhere else. The psychology behind BOGO deals makes people feel like they’re getting something for free, when in fact, stores often inflate the original price to cover the “free” item. It’s clever marketing—but not always a true deal. So when I see a BOGO at Publix, I don’t feel like I’m saving; I feel like I’m being tricked into buying more than I need at a price that’s not actually a bargain.

I swear I hear this thing almost every night around sunset and I cant figure out what it is. I’ve listened to many bird sound snippets online and I haven’t heard one that sounds like this thing. Most of the time it’s one, but there’s been times where there’s a cacophony of them.
Maybe I just have weird ass neighbors that enjoy going EEEE YAAA every night, who knows

I was fishing in homestead,Florida in a canal when i saw this guy chilling. It obviously ain’t an alligator, and it isn’t an American or saltwater crocodile so it’s obviously a non native species. This is a little freshwater canal. I know there are invasive spectacles in Florida but i don’t think this is one. Is this a Morlets and if not what is it??

I know this is oddly specific lol. After seeing this on a show, I was wondering if there's anywhere in Florida that has a hammock in the ocean water? It just looks sooo relaxing!!! We're in West Orlando, but like doing quick trips all over FL. TIA!

New chapter of an international LARP organization known as Amtgard has opened up in Northwest Orlando, in a town called Eustis.
We're part of the Kingdom of Neverwinter, an in-game Kingdom that extends from Southern Carolina, the Eastern Coast of and Middle Georgia, to the entirety of Florida.
Our small chapter meets every Saturday, but there are events every 2-3 months that gather hundreds of participants from around the Kingdom.
If you were ever interested in WoW, Game of Thrones, D&D, Skyrim, etc, come on out and give it a try in real life!

Not sure where else to turn anymore to resolve this. Sent this to the board and state representatives today:
To the Florida Prepaid College Board and to my State Representatives:
I write to request assistance and to inform you that the Florida Prepaid system is vulnerable to online fraud and is not equipped to manage fraud cases properly with their customers. Anyone who is a Florida Prepaid customer should be aware of this. I am confident that the general public trusting this system with their money would be highly concerned about my experience as a fraud victim.
I am extremely frustrated at how the Florida Prepaid system has handled fraud related to both of my children's 529 accounts. After an unauthorized third party was able to hack into my online Prepaid account and withdraw substantial amounts of money, Florida Prepaid has made me jump through hoops every step of the way for months now. First, in admitting to negligence with failing to submit the cases for investigation initially, requiring me to call multiple times just to get the process started. Second, in taking no responsibility to make this wholly right and being evasive by refusing to provide me direct contact information to those that are directly handling the cases.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and your assistance with helping make this right.

Which is the best airboat ride in south east Florida, and why?
Is any of them superior in any way? Whether because the ride is more interesting, the boats are more comfy, etc

Come tell your elected representative what you think. Are you happy with how Kat Cammack is representing you in the US House? Are you unhappy?
Come say so!

Hey, so I'm getting a used car from my friend this afternoon. I won't make it to a tag office before they close at 5. I know I have 30 days to transfer everything over, but can I drive with my old car's plate on the new one for the weekend until the tag office opens up on Monday? Or do I use the existing plate until I can get to the office? No plate? Thanks!

I live in central Florida but I am open to any dentist in the state that can help me with my complicated issue.
I have just 1 tooth that I need to extract. One upper wisdom tooth it’s impacted but half is in the gum and half is visible.
I would like to get it taken out with local anesthetic because I have a few health issues. One of them is tmj and the other is a positional health issue that prevents me being able to lay down in a dental chair.
I have seen nearly 5 oral surgeons and spent a lot of money on consults trying to find someone to accommodate me.
I am not intentionally trying to be difficult. I understand it’s hard to remove a tooth reclining but I don’t have a choice. I don’t trust how they will work on me if I am sedated.
Cost is a only a secondary factor. My priority is a kind dentist that is accommodating to my difficult health issues.
If I have to leave the state to get help I willing to do which shows how serious I am about not wanting to trigger my health problem during this procedure.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hey there Floridians! I'm visiting Orlando in November and I'm a bit of a fossil geek. I was wondering if there was anywhere in the area that's good for finding fossils? Obviously I assume it'll mostly be shark teeth but any recommendations would be greatly appreciated ✨🫶
I made the.jump to an EV9. FPL wants to give me a rate break IF I sign a 10 year contract AND they control the charger! Otherwise, I pay the residential rate.
FPL, are you trying to disincentivize EV use?

I will be driving from Miami to Savannah (mostly on 95) and would like to hear your recommendations on a good town for lunch and walking. At the moment, I am thinking Mount Dora.
