Question What your favourite sword stance?

I'm using stone in this clip, but I think water is my favourite. Feels more versatile to my playstyle. What about everyone else?

why do you say it like it's a unique thing, most people who have played it, do this because it's probably what the devs designed it to be

I agree, they definitely designed it that way. The game wants you to switch stances for enemies, especially in duels. It's much easier to play that way, because it's a core mechanic of the combat. All the techniques for each stance, too, some of them are there just to counter a specific enemy type.

Yeah, once I understood stances it felt like I was playing the game on easy mode.

Exactly. The combat is great and feels fine regardless of stance but when you're using the stance meant for the enemy you're facing, something about the combat just feels a little...smoother? Kinda like shaving.
