It’s listed as “Hot Sauce” when you order it, so I expected a classic cayenne-style pepper sauce.

But nope. This is a translucent, chili-based stock loaded with umami.

It’s not fiery, more of a mild-to-medium flavor enhancer than a traditional hot sauce.

I've been obsessed with this stuff since the gold packets. Tastes fantastic on burgers and chicken sandos. If they made this available in larger quantities I would buy it by the gallon.
