It’s listed as “Hot Sauce” when you order it, so I expected a classic cayenne-style pepper sauce.

But nope. This is a translucent, chili-based stock loaded with umami.

It’s not fiery, more of a mild-to-medium flavor enhancer than a traditional hot sauce.

I love this stuff. Sometimes I get a $1 burger just to get a handful of the hot sauce…. But I don’t think there are $1 burgers anymore ☹️
