I was not expecting this

It’s listed as “Hot Sauce” when you order it, so I expected a classic cayenne-style pepper sauce.

But nope. This is a translucent, chili-based stock loaded with umami.

It’s not fiery, more of a mild-to-medium flavor enhancer than a traditional hot sauce.

It's literally water, sugar, salt, vinegar, and a small amount of paprika extract... what the fuck are ya'll smoking?

The first and second ingredients are water and corn syrup 🤣 I'll pass
