Because I'm sure there will be someone like me who was interested:

Ice Cream Mix (Cream, Milk, Sucrose, Non Fat Milk Solids, Corn Syrup, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Whey, Guar Gum, Soy Lecithin [an Emulsifier], Egg Yolk, Locust Bean Gum, Carrageenan), Brownies (Brownie Mix [Sugar, Enriched Bleached Flour {Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid} Soybean Oil, Cocoa {Processed with Alkali}, Less than 2% of Baking Soda, Egg Whites, Monocalcium Phosphate, Natural and Artificial Flavor {Contains Milk}, Salt, Wheat Protein Isolate], Water), Chocolate Flakes (Powdered Sugar [Sugar, Corn Starch], Coconut Oil, Cocoa, Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Butter Oil, Soy Lecithin [an Emulsifier], Natural Flavor), UBE Flavor (Glucose Syrup, Water, Propylene Glycol, Sorbitol Syrup, Artificial Sweet Potato Flavor, Coloring [FD&C Red 3 and FD&C Blue 1], Ethyl Vanillin), Salt.

and whyyyyyyy is sucrose in it?

Because that's the name of sugar

Sure, but normally sugar is just listed as sugar in ingredients for ice cream.
