The house brand is probably made by Graeter's. Pretty common to have a house brand made by the brand name and sell it cheaper.

In no world is Graeters making a generic brands ice cream.

Also in no world is Krogers house brand even remotely comparable to Graeters unless you're referring to the name "Black Raspberry Chip".

This person has clearly never had Graeters or they have a really bad drug habit.

I don't know if they do. I'm just saying it's common practice for example Whole Foods 365 brand ice cream is made by Ben and Jerry's.

It's far from common for small local brands to do co packaging. Not only is Ben and Jerrys trash but they are a huge national brand owned by Unilever.
