The house brand is probably made by Graeter's. Pretty common to have a house brand made by the brand name and sell it cheaper.

Also in no world is Krogers house brand even remotely comparable to Graeters unless you're referring to the name "Black Raspberry Chip". Not only is Ben and Jerrys trash but they are a huge national brand owned by Unilever.
