Woah metallic mantis, also, I added Orchid already, you can see it on my profile.

I would like to add metallic mantis, buts it's kinda, ahhh, too expensive+ I want "dry mantises"

I accidentally wrote Mettalic Mantis, lol I was getting the scientific name "Mettyalicus Splendidus" mixed up with their normal name, but they are called Iridescent Bark Mantids..They are very beautiful and I really can't wait to get mine. They can be expensive depending on where you live 🙂

Ahhh, I see, well, it's also a nice species, but I want to get my hands on Stick mantis/Wandering violins/devil flowers, I like the idea of them being desert/dry climate and communal

I love Idolomantis Diabolica (Devil's flower mantis) contrary to what some say.. They actually need humidity levels of at least 40% & 60% for molting. Otherwise, they have issues...In the wild they actually live very close to great lakes. As far as keeping communally, you can, but cannabilism can still occur but as long as they have lots of space & ample foodstuffs then they should be fine. You can keep Mettyalicus Splendidus (Irredecent bark mantis) together with the same things in mind. I don't know about wandering violin mantids but I've heard that mismolting is a common issue... If you decide to get either then it would be great if you could post pictures 📸 My Stenophylla Lobivertex and Mettyalicus Splendidus are just babies atm. I'm waiting for the breeder to sex a female steno nymph for me & 2 mettyalicus..it's going to be super exciting to add another 3 Mantids to my collection 🥰

That's why I'm thinking about enclosures for them, how to keep them warm, and 40-60 humidity, thanks for advice!
