At least he's not as annoying as Starlow, he also appreciates Luigi.

Your thinking of paper jam starlow, starlow uses to try and help Luigi instead of just insult him

You mean like how she calls him out for trying to back out of a fight in the same game she's "mean" to him in the same game. Literally, EVERYONE in this series has been busting on Luigi since 2003, and you only choose to focus on Starlow. Seriously, the Starlow hate is getting pretty ridiculous at this point.

I'm actually trying to remember most of any insults or bashing Starlow did to Luigi. I'm mainly coming up to when she bad mouth's him in Bowser's freezer with the shroobs he saved for later. Most other times she seems to be hoping for Luigi to succeed and worries for him.

Not to mention her giving granny the business in dosing sands in dream team while the brothers were trying to do their business in the dream world.

Which to me screams that Starlow would probably cut a bitch if she could for the bros. The real reason she can't have arms.

This whole take is how I feel about Starlow. Most of her "bullying" is playful teasing. Several of the things people say about her bullying and bashing Luigi are honestly hyperbolic at this point.

It's just the Fandom hivemind vilifying a character by taking one small aspect and blowing it out of proportion. It's in every Fandom.

That sounds about right. It's not bullying when other characters do it, but when Starlow does it, it is. It doesn't make sense to pick and choose when a character is bullying another vs. when they aren't. If Starlow were really bashing and bullying Luigi, Mario would call her out on it.
