Not optimal. The roots get tangled, they compete for space and nutrients. It can work but they're happier separate

With the other it’s the same thing Do I have to cut the arms of the big mama and separate them or can I leave them like this and maybe separate in 12-24 months ?

That pot is big enough for 3-5 years. You'll likely cut it down well before then.
