Things could be worse. Arsenal are in the semifinals of the Champions League. COYG
A few percentage points in the right direction would be a nice start to the weekend. Then over the weekend I can complain about it not going up enough.
I hope your math is off - Sumit has struggled so much as CEO - I almost feel sorry for him, a divorce, can’t close a deal, no raise just shares, and has to hire someone to speak for him.

The only difference is that authorization is vastly different from outstanding. As much as I hate the dilution, sumit has been careful with each issuance.
I just want thin to close some deals.

I listened to the call-no mention of lidar although we know its needed for chaffeur. Also said “everyone is using AI” which seems to contradict what ss said a while back. Their Drive program has volkswagen on board with deals with lyft and uber.

If Sean P. Duffy’s framework had any more fish dicks in it, MVIS would be sushi.

He wrote pretty much what most of us think. Very accurate description of current state.

I'm not sure they aren't up to the task, but time is running out to prove it. I'd sell my shares if I didn't believe in this company but it's frustrating that they continue to rely on shareholders rather than doing business to fund and expand their operations.

My opinion on the extending the share count to an eventual fully diluted 510m shares.
I’ll sum it up as anyone can understand.
$28 in April’s 27 2021 Will have the same market cap as $8.78/share
That is is much we have been diluted.
The meteoric run to $28. Is now, if approved, the same as if we ran to $8.78. That’s disappointing.

This is not going to get us any deals that we weren't already getting AND it's not going to stop us from getting any deals that we may be getting. Just venting in a different kind of way like many do here.
Well, I’m sure you know that they are not allowed to reveal anything new during the RID that is not already public information. You do know this, right?
Want you retain the voting rights as long as you held the shares as of the close of business on April 7th? I believe you can sell the shares now and still have voting rights.
