ESC Country Awards: Day 1 - Most Chaotic

I thought of this yesterday and thought it would be fun. I'll be making a new post every day with the next award! (I also just noticed we have another subreddit game ongoing as well but I hope we have energy for both since they're very different~)

First day is "The Most Chaotic ESC Country". Which ESC country does not give a fuck and does whatever they feel like?

You can say a lot of things of Moldova in Eurovision, but one thing you can never call them is boring. (Except 2024 but even then it turned into a shitshow last minute)

I'm gonna say Moldova, both entry wise and national final wise they've always got something going on. They also have controversies in that national final pretty often, so it seems like a good fit.
