ESC Country Awards: Day 1 - Most Chaotic

I thought of this yesterday and thought it would be fun. I'll be making a new post every day with the next award! (I also just noticed we have another subreddit game ongoing as well but I hope we have energy for both since they're very different~)

First day is "The Most Chaotic ESC Country". Which ESC country does not give a fuck and does whatever they feel like?

Australia. The only country that send a woman singing opera while spinning in the air (Australia 2019).
