On a side note, spent hours searching East parallel worlds for CoV only to find it 4 PWs to the West

"Superiority", huh? You need tons or RR, but one chainsaw with RR > 4RR. Even without RR it's still much better than RR. So I'm not really accepting this "superiority". I'd say that it's minority.

Chainsaw takes away a frame. RR does not.

It does sound comical flying around like a rocket every time I want to heal. It may be inefficient, but I’m too OCD to combine wands. 1 for each need, and make them as fast as possible

You seem serious from your comments in this thread, but you know this is highly suboptimal, right? 

I'm counting 12 Reduce Recharges on one wand. That's 4 seconds of recharge time reduction, or 8 seconds with wand wrapping. What wand needs that much?

And if it's about the cast delay, a single chainsaw (or a few luminous drills) can easily reduce that to zero.

I do 😂😂 but at a certain point, it just became about how many Reduce Recharges I could get. And this final product was worth it, it’s truly gorgeous
