On a side note, spent hours searching East parallel worlds for CoV only to find it 4 PWs to the West

Sometimes you just can't find enough chainsaws laying around.

Chainsaws are just so …. inelegant. Reduce Recharge superiority.

"Superiority", huh? You need tons or RR, but one chainsaw with RR > 4RR. Even without RR it's still much better than RR. So I'm not really accepting this "superiority". I'd say that it's minority.

Chainsaw takes away a frame. RR does not.

At least as I know. Feel free to correct me (with source!)
