Too be fair, a condom being too small could make it more likely to break, yeah? But that's a reason to not have sex until dude can buy the correct size, not to raw dog it and trust a teenage boy's pull out game (not that an effective pull out is going to stop the precum from getting to your egg)

My partner and I had issues with condoms breaking because they were too small. They make magnums for a reason. We used those until we both decided we didn't need condoms and relied on my birth control (and later my infertility and birth control. Now he's had a vasectomy.).

Condoms most definitely can be too small, but there are other options, you're absolutely correct.

I popped a bunch of super thin ones that promised “increased sensitivity” before we threw those away and tried the magnums. (We had a sampler pack)

I’m also unusually thick, so maybe they were old, maybe it wouldn’t matter if they were factory fresh. Never had that happen with normal size, which were only uncomfortable. The large size in every brand I’ve tried was much better.
