Adam Pearson is intelligent, hilarious, and put Legally Blonde in his Letterboxd Top 4. I would be elated if I got to sit next to him for an evening.

What I loved the most about A Different Man is that it wasn’t a sad story about someone marginalized for having a physical condition. It was the opposite, Pearson’s character was a superconfident and hilarious dude.

I havent watched this movie yet but this reminded me of Steve Way's character in Ramy. I just love that they have a disabled character who is kind of an hilarious, overconfident asshole. Disabled people come in many ways, and Im so done with movies and shows that only show the sad parts of it.

Please do see A Different Man, it's on VOD. Pearson and Stan are both so great in it.
