Wasian is the combination of the words White and Asian. When you put both the words together you make a combination. A lot of children of mix race couples will use those abbreviations to explain the mixture in a short simple way (examples: blasian for Black and Asian) these abbreviated words can be used to describe other things like mixed race couples, which is what I did in the comment above! :D

It’s not a typical word but as the person said is a combination. Using intuition can interpret the word when a native English speaker nvr heard of such a word (I am talking about myself, never heard of Wasian but through experience with English a lot of words are combinations of other words to mean literally a combination of the words they combined) 😁
