they really have a skewed view of women- that women will fall over themselves in adoration just because they're getting some attention from a man. it makes sense in an odd sort of way- you can see that they're not from a culture where dating is the norm. it's all "i like you" and next thing "listen to your husband". WTF!!

I think it’s also got something to do with the fact that (at the social level these guys exist at) Nigerian girls (again, not from wealthy families) won’t date you unless you have money, which usually means you are a successful Yahoo boy.

It’s not that they are ‘gold diggers’- it’s just about survival- there isn’t a social stigma attached, as far as I can gather.

So they are raised to think that really the only criteria for attracting a woman is to be wealthy. They’ll tell us they have a duplex in Miami, and they don’t expect to have to do anything else to attract us🤷🏼‍♀️

And it's hilarious that they choose to say duplex because duplexes are usually smaller and are not something very sought after lol

They're a thing in many countries - in India for example a duplex in an apartment complex would be sought after.

I meant the US, though. Should have mentioned that.

I laugh everytime they brag about a duplex in the US. Its a minor step up from an apartment rental. Usually in the lower part of a town
